VBORef trust center
Privacy Policy
This page explains how VBORef handles visibility audits, reports, dashboard access, payments, and support. It may be updated as the service evolves.
Information we collect
We may collect domains submitted for visibility audits, public DNS-derived scan results, report metadata, email addresses used for magic links or saved reports, payment and billing references from payment providers, and operational logs needed to run the service.
Visibility audits use public infrastructure data. VBORef does not require mailbox access and does not ask users to provide mailbox passwords.
How information is used
We use submitted information to generate visibility reports, provide dashboard access, send requested magic links, prepare visibility maintenance workflows, and improve reliability and product quality.
We may use aggregated and anonymized metrics to improve benchmarks and visibility intelligence. Public shareable reports may be accessible to anyone with the report URL.
Service providers and payments
VBORef may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics or logging, payment processing, and customer support. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.
Payment details are processed by payment providers. VBORef does not intentionally store full card numbers.
Retention and security
We retain account, report, billing reference, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Contact and deletion requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information, contact [email protected]. Some operational records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Important service limitations
VBORef analyzes public visibility infrastructure signals such as DNS records, provider evidence, branding readiness, and communication compatibility indicators. VBORef does not guarantee inbox placement, provider verification, Gmail approval, Outlook approval, Yahoo approval, or any specific delivery outcome.
VBORef does not access customer mailboxes, does not collect mailbox passwords, and does not modify customer DNS automatically. Customers are responsible for reviewing and applying DNS or provider changes with their own administrators or service providers.
