VBORef trust center
Terms of Service
This page explains how VBORef handles visibility audits, reports, dashboard access, payments, and support. It may be updated as the service evolves.
Use of VBORef
By using VBORef, you agree to use the service for legitimate visibility optimization, branding readiness, provider compatibility, and operational trust infrastructure purposes.
You are responsible for the domains you submit, the decisions you make from report recommendations, and any DNS or provider changes made outside VBORef.
Reports and recommendations
Reports are generated from public infrastructure signals and available provider heuristics. They are informational and may contain partial, uncertain, or time-sensitive findings.
Recommendations should be reviewed by appropriate technical or operational staff before implementation.
Payments and maintenance
Paid setup and maintenance services help customers optimize and maintain visibility infrastructure. Pricing, deliverables, and availability may change as VBORef evolves.
Subscription terms, renewal timing, and cancellation options should be reviewed before purchase. Third-party provider, certificate, trademark, and verification fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
Important service limitations
VBORef analyzes public visibility infrastructure signals such as DNS records, provider evidence, branding readiness, and communication compatibility indicators. VBORef does not guarantee inbox placement, provider verification, Gmail approval, Outlook approval, Yahoo approval, or any specific delivery outcome.
VBORef does not access customer mailboxes, does not collect mailbox passwords, and does not modify customer DNS automatically. Customers are responsible for reviewing and applying DNS or provider changes with their own administrators or service providers.
