VBORef trust center
Security
This page explains how VBORef handles visibility audits, reports, dashboard access, payments, and support. It may be updated as the service evolves.
Security posture
VBORef uses passwordless magic links for dashboard access and does not collect mailbox passwords. Reports are generated from public visibility signals unless a customer explicitly provides additional information in a future workflow.
VBORef is designed so V1 does not modify customer DNS automatically. Customers remain responsible for approving and applying infrastructure changes.
Responsible disclosure
To report a security issue, email [email protected] with a clear description, affected route or workflow, reproduction steps, and any relevant evidence. Please avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting data that is not yours.
We review good-faith security reports and prioritize issues that could affect customer data, dashboard access, payment flows, or report integrity.
Important service limitations
VBORef analyzes public visibility infrastructure signals such as DNS records, provider evidence, branding readiness, and communication compatibility indicators. VBORef does not guarantee inbox placement, provider verification, Gmail approval, Outlook approval, Yahoo approval, or any specific delivery outcome.
VBORef does not access customer mailboxes, does not collect mailbox passwords, and does not modify customer DNS automatically. Customers are responsible for reviewing and applying DNS or provider changes with their own administrators or service providers.
